1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

Aquacubic is a professional manufacturer specializing in kitchen and bathroom products. Founded in 2010, we serve global customers with a fully integrated supply chain covering design, production, quality control, and logistics.

2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 100 pcs per model per finish.
For trial orders or selected regular models, we may accept a minimum of 50 pcs, depending on product availability.

We also maintain limited stock in our U.S. warehouses for small-quantity purchases, subject to actual inventory availability.

3. Do you support brand customization?

Yes. We offer laser logo engraving for brand customization.
For logo printing, a brand authorization letter is required for approval.

4. Can I visit your factory?

Yes, factory visits are very welcome. We operate production bases in:

Heshan City, Guangdong Province (China)
Thailand

5. How do you handle quality issues or complaints?

Quality is our core value. We apply strict quality control throughout all production stages.

Section 2: OEM / ODM Customization

1. What OEM / ODM services do you provide?

We offer full OEM/ODM services, including:

Product design
Manufacturing process development
Brand labeling

2. What is the typical development timeline?

A standard development cycle generally follows this process:

DFM (Design for Manufacturing): 1–2 weeks
Sampling: 2–4 weeks
Mold Making: 3–6 weeks
Mass Production: 4–8 weeks

The full process usually takes 10–20 weeks, depending on product complexity.

3. Can you develop custom molds?

Yes, we have full in-house capability to develop custom molds.

4. Can you customize finishes, packaging, and accessories?

Yes. We support full customization for:

Surface finishes
Retail and export packaging
Installation accessories

5. Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. We fully support Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) for confidential projects.

6. Are mold fees refundable?

Mold fees may be reduced or partially waived based on order volume or long-term cooperation terms. Specific conditions can be discussed case by case.

1. What types of faucets and showers do you manufacture?

Kitchen Faucets
Pull-down kitchen faucets, single-hole kitchen faucets, pot filler faucets, sensor (touchless) kitchen faucets, and more.

Bathroom Faucets
Single-hole bathroom faucets, centerset bathroom faucets, widespread bathroom faucets, wall-mounted bathroom faucets, etc.

Shower Systems
Shower faucets, freestanding tub faucets, shower heads, and related products.

We provide both custom designs and regular production models. Please contact us to receive our latest product catalog.

2. What is your warranty period for faucets?

We provide a 5-year quality warranty for all faucet products.

3. What surface finishes do you offer?

More than 20 premium finishes, including:
Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Matte Black, Gunmetal, Gold, Champagne Gold, Rose Gold, Oil Rubbed Bronze, and more.

4. How can I get samples?

Sample orders are available. Customers need to cover: product samples and air freight.

Production will start after sample confirmation.

5. What certifications do your faucets have?

Our faucet products comply with:

6. Which cartridge brands do you use?

We commonly use international brands such as: YIZHAN, SEDAL, KEROX, Vernet.

And we can also use other cartridge brands based on customer requirements.

7. What is your plating thickness? Do you support salt-spray testing?

Plating thickness normally ranges from 8–20 microns, depending on the finish.

We provide salt-spray test reports, typically from 48 to 500 hours, based on product and customer requirements.

8. What is your monthly faucet production capacity?

Our standard production capacity is approximately 100,000 faucets per month.
This capacity can be adjusted for urgent or large-scale orders.

1. Where are your sink production bases located?

We operate two strategic production centers:

Main Base: Heshan City, Guangdong Province, China
Overseas Base: Thailand (for global supply chain optimization)

2. What is your sink production specialty?

We specialize in handmade stainless steel sinks, and we are:

3. What certifications do your sinks have?

4. What stainless-steel materials do you use?

We primarily use 304 and 316 stainless steel from POSCO (South Korea). Other materials can also be specified by customers.

5. What sink thickness options are available?

Standard handmade sink thickness:

16 Gauge
18 Gauge

Custom thickness is also available upon request.

Section 5: Quality Control & Testing

1. What is your quality control process?

Our QC system includes four stages:

IQC (Incoming Quality Control)‌: Inspect raw materials upon arrival to ensure compliance with standards.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)‌: Monitor production lines to maintain process consistency.
FQC (Final Quality Control)‌: Conduct comprehensive checks on finished products before packaging.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)‌: Verify final product quality before shipment.

2. Do you support third-party inspections?

Yes. Customers may arrange third-party inspections at any time.

3. Do you provide product testing reports?

Yes. We provide reports for:

Salt spray (corrosion resistance)
Cartridge lifespan testing
Water flow rate tests

4. What is your typical defect rate?

Our defect rate is controlled below 0.5%.

5. Do you comply with lead-free regulations?

Yes. Our products meet AB1953 and NSF lead-free standards.

6. Do you have internal testing equipment?

Yes. We conduct in-house testing for:

Section 6: Logistics, Shipping & Payment

1. What trade terms do you support?

We support FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. FOB is suitable for buyers who prefer to arrange their own shipping, CIF includes insurance and freight to the destination port, and DDP covers all costs and risks until delivery at the buyer's location.

2. Which ports do you ship from?

Our primary shipping ports are Shenzhen and Nan'an in China.

3. What is your standard lead time?

Standard production lead time is 30–45 days after order confirmation.

4. Do you offer U.S. warehouse delivery?

Yes, we offer warehouse delivery in Texas and California for faster delivery in North America.

5. Do you provide barcodes and custom labels?

Yes. We support custom barcodes and private labeling.

6. What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Net terms (e.g., Net 30).
